PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting our salon.

To ensure the quality, safety and hygiene of our professional haircare products, please note the following:

No refunds or exchanges will be given for

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect product choice after purchase.
  • Opened or used products, unless they are defective.

Defective products

If you believe a product is defective, damaged, unsafe or not fit for its intended purpose, please return it to the salon with your proof of purchase. We will inspect the product and assist you in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

Our policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act.
